What is your return policy?
Stone Fox Swim issues store credit notes for all items purchased at full price.
We do not process exchanges or refunds at this time.
**Free returns does not equate to a refund being given. It indicates that a shipping label will be provided for you so that you can return your order free of charge. Please note free returns applies to domestic orders only.
If you would like to send in your return for a credit note, you will be credited the order value excluding any shipping costs or taxes. For domestic customers who paid any taxes on their original order you will not need to pay any taxes on your next order for the amount credited.
For all returns, Stone Fox Swim must be contacted within (14) days from the delivery date of your package for a return authorization number.
Your return must be shipped and postmarked within (5) days from receiving your return authorization number.
The merchandise being returned must be in original condition. Unwashed, unworn, and unused with its hangtags and liners still intact.
**Items purchased on sale are final sale and can not be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Returns are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date they are delivered to our warehouse although it may take some more time during busy periods.
How do I start my return?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. Once you have been provided your authorization number fill out return form and pack up your items in the bags and packaging it came in.
Are returns free?
Customers located in the United States will be provided a free return label when provided their return authorization number.
International customers will need to send in their return at their own expense.
What if I receive the incorrect items or my items are faulty?
Contact us at email@example.com within (24) hours from the time your package was delivered so we can arrange for a replacement or repair.
