What is your return policy?

Stone Fox Swim only issues store credit for all returns except for items marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned for store credit.

We do not process refunds or exchanges at this time.

**Free returns does not equate to a refund being given. It indicates that a shipping label will be provided for you so that you can return your order free of charge. Please note free returns applies to domestic orders only.

If you would like to send in your return for a credit note, you will be credited the order value excluding any shipping costs. 

For all returns, Stone Fox Swim must be contacted within (14) days from the delivery date of your package for a return authorization number. 

Your return must be shipped and postmarked within (7) days from receiving your return authorization number.  

The merchandise being returned must be in original condition. Unwashed, unworn, and unused with its hangtags and hygiene liners still intact. Items returned stained (makeup, deodorant, etc) will not be accepted and sent back to customer.

**Items marked as final sale are FINAL SALE and can not be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days from the date they are delivered to our warehouse although it may take some more time during busy periods.


How do I start my return?

Initiate your return at stonefoxswim.returnscenter.com. Once you have been provided your RMA# pack up your items in the bags and packaging it came in and follow the return instructions emailed to you.


Are returns free?

Customers located in the United States will be provided a free return label when provided their RMA#.

International customers will need to send in their return at their own expense.


What if I receive the incorrect items or my items are faulty?

Contact us at hello@stonefoxswim.com within (24) hours from the time your package was delivered so we can arrange for a replacement or repair.
