We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders totaling $100 or more. Orders below $100 ship at $9.99

If your return is past 14 days of the date of receiving your package but less than 30 days of the date of receiving your package you may still return for store credit or exchange only.

When returning items for a refund, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Re:do is not valid on Final Sale Items or on items marked 20% off or more. If a customer adds re:do to a Final Sale or Sale order it will be refunded and not be honored.
You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
We are unable to refund original shipping charges.

We offer free shipping on all International orders totaling $200 or more.
Orders below $200 will have live shipping rates applies and all taxes and duties pertaining to the order can be paid at checkout.

No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm CST), on weekends or on holidays.

Domestic Orders
Typical transit time once the order is dispatched is 5-10 business days.
International Orders
Typical transit time once the order is dispatched is 4-8 weeks.
Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carrier. On rare occasions your package may arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

Unfortunately, once packages are in the carrier's hands, they are out of our control. That being said, we know how frustrating it can be and we are here to help!
As stated at checkout, if you opt out of re:do shipping protection, our hands are tied. You need to work directly with USPS/DHL to resolve this issue, as they do not guarantee insurance to us and we cannot take on their liability when they refuse to reimburse us for lost or damaged packages. We have given you the opportunity to insure your package via re:do shipping protection. If you choose not to use it, the liability falls on you.

As a small business, we cannot take on the liability of carriers losing our packages and not reimbursing us for them. This is why we implemented re:do. We ask for your patience and understanding when working through these issues, as this is something that is very frustrating and time-consuming for us too.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return full-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), oder, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached and hygienic liners attached.

Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.

We do accept returns for international purchases on almost all products (FINAL SALE items cannot be returned/exchange) if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 14 day window of delivery for returns, and 30 day window for store credit. If you added re:do to your purchase a free label will be provided to you for your return, if not the customer will be responsible to the cost of return shipping. Once inspected, we will refund the order. Please make sure your item is not marked "final sale". See complete description of final sale items below. If you are unsure, please reach out.
